Following on from my "Adventure advice" thread, I'm now looking for a late 990 Adv, must be excellent condition with good history, and have ABS.

Why did you decide on the 990?
I'm thinking about a 2013 1190R.

They had a 2012 990 Adventure in that blue sat in their car park last Saturday afternoon. It was parked outside amongst the used/Demo bikes so I'm not sure if it was a part exchange or a badly parked customer bike?

There were two guys inside picking up new 1290 R's. One came in on a 2013 R1200 GS but I'm not sure what the other guy was riding so it may have been his old bike?
