hi folks
just spotted a 1200gsa in a dealers ,looks really good ,only done12000 miles when I phoned about the bike the dealer said that it had three owners which seems a lot for such a low milage .what do you think should this sound the alarm bells
thanks

if its a bmw dealership i wouldnt worry, usually comes with at least 12 months warrantee. j

Its not a bmw dealer just thinking 3 owners for a 60 plate gsa

Tbh I would not worry, my 2010 gsa had 12k on the clock and 4 owners by the time i sold it !

I brought it from the original new purchaser, put my name in the v5 used it for one trip abroad and on my return sold it to my mate as promised, put his name in the v5 he rode it 3 miles home and locked it away in his garage, 2 months later I had something he wanted and at the time I did regret letting him have the gs (it was a good one) so I used the gs as a bargaining chip and got it back in the deal, so I ended up owning it twice .

Garage may have pre-registered it then first owner buys so thats 2 on the V5 then for them to sell to another so your at your 3.

Some of these folk change there bike like their underwear so its not a surprise.
