2013 GSA - engine number?

I'm trying to register my DataTag but need the Engine number which is proving elusive. I found this one on the front right (sitting on bike) engine casing under some cables - is this what I'm looking for?

The engine number is written in the V5 which was registered by the dealer selling the bike.

It's stamped on the engine casing below the right hand cylinder, and you need the last 8 numbers. Did you check the numbers with the log book or do an HPI check on the bike?

The bike was HPI checked by the dealer. The only number in the log book is the 'Frame Number' - which matches the last 7 characters stamped onto the plate under the handle bars (Chassis number). I only have the V5C/2 part of the V5 which has very little on it apart from the Reg and bike make and model.

Just noticed the Engine number on the Sales invoice from the Dealer - it matches the last 8 characters of the number in the photo above, so that must be it
