2014 model changes

I recently bought a 2014 model and I know that this was an update to the 2013 but hoped someone might be able to tell exactly what updates were made.

I know the 2014 is fitted with a steering damper and just found out, after spending a fair bit of time pondering why radiator guards from a 2013 model wouldn't fit, that the radiator cowls are different.

Any thing else?

But there's two 2014 models ! Mine is a 2014 model (nov 2013) but same frame as 2013 however it did have the uprated rod for the clutch so depends when it was made.

Black suspension springs on the 2013 bike, white springs on the 2014.

In addition to the above, gear lever is longer and the top mounting point for engine bars is different (frame change).

Bmw badge is different at the back of the bike on the hand rail bit.... Minor I know....
