2014 RT LC Top Case cable routing

my 2014 RT came from the dealer with the cable routing on top of the top case plate not underneath.
on the manual it says to pass through the appropriate cable channel, can somebody please explain to me how it should be correctly routed?

I suggest you go back to the dealer and get them to sort it, just in case something gets broken with you re routing it.
