2015 Adventure Spotlight replacement?

Hello from Vancouver Canada,
One of my 2015 Adventure's fog light is not working and I am not mechanically gifted to open it up and.....Is there any spotlights that I could buy compatible with the existing wiring or BMW is the only choice?

Are they led or bulb spots?

The lights are fused each side, not sure about Canadian models though.

You can try swapping them around to rule out spotlight and wiring.

If it is the same as the light below, it is made by Hella and you will need the same one from BMW or elsewhere part number is 8532147-01

Fog light removal

How do you undo the plug at the fog light. I must have a dirty connection - fog light flickers.

Look at the piccy above there will either be a locking tab on the outside of the plug, or a tab where the inner wiring is, that just needs to be

depressed or pulled and then some gentle pulling to remove the plug

Might be easier to unbolt the light first for easier access
