Any reason not to?
Anyone gone down this route and have any feedback?
Cheers Karl.

Got mine done about 3 years and 15K miles ago, its still as good as the day it was done. My previous efforts to paint it were far less successful. No problems with fitment, get it done!

Thx guys.
Does the powder coat chip off around the foot areas ie up the sides?
I am wondering if I should sand off the powder coat at the edges of the feet.

Great idea. One day in a few years time, when the rest of the bike has almost turned to dust in a pile of corrosion, there will be a great centre stand in the middle of that pile. :)

Mine hasn’t. The feet are scuffed on the bottom from using it on hard surfaces but it’s fine.

Rigsville, sorry no recommendation, mine is being done by a chap where my son works.

What I would say is that the tip to use pennies to extend the springs and then easily remove them is a joy to do.

Thx for the feedback on the feet, I'll use it and Hammerite if required.
