When my new RT WC is on the centre stand I notice there is a lot less gap between tyre and ground. In other words it rocks much much less than previous RT. Does this mean it is quite a bit lower slung? I know I do feel fine on the highest seat setting even at 5ft 10in
Have others noticed this before I am a laughed at by dealer?

2014 RT Ground Clearance
6.69 inches (170 mm)

2010 - 2013 RT Ground Clearance
6.1 inches (154.9mm)

New RT has more ground clearance, but a shorter centre stand then..:thumb

2014 is much easier to pull back onto the centre stand

I agree it is nicely balanced but my question was about the gap when up. For example I was on some uneven ground the other day and both tyres were virtually touching the ground when on the stand.

Not wanting to sound condescending but you answered the question yourself uneven ground therefore your stand may err probably was in the valley of two humps. This is my first RT and much easier than a Tiger 800 XC to go on the stand and off. I agree there is very little clearance even on flat ground.
