I know these bikes are a bit marmite but this is a very competitive price for this one.

They're all going to a realistic price now... I remember the orgasmotron test reports from MCN etc but things are more realistic now they've been out for a while... Like you say, marmite but a different take if your avoiding GS's...
 
I chatted to two blokes on the Eurotunnel who had been touring Europe on these.

They were older, experienced bikers, and rated their Pan Americas very highly - suggested they were a very much underrated bike.

People i have spoken to say they are great bikes. Our lass likes them so you never know.
