Does this mean the bike must have a VAT element that you can claim back, so one where the VAT has not been paid already ?
A private seller won't have that facility unless of course they bought through a VAT registered business in which case they are selling on behalf of the business. Just wondering as my GSA tripple black may be for sale, but if the above applies it won't suit as I bought it from a BMW dealer and paid the VAT.
