Retro Honda CB500 revealed in India - could it lead to a GB500 for the UK and Europe

Yes, I saw that. It will be interesting to see how it changes (and is priced) for the UK market.
It appears about 28bhp, and 40nm of torques for the Indian market if I read correctly.

There is the Sachs 650 Roadster that uses the same Suzuki motor in an Egli frame

Did'nt Sachs also use the 750 v twin air cooled suzuki engine in a road bike also;

OK. Here the Tengai was based on the KLR but had a number of differences, larger brakes, low mudguard, etc., a small fairing as well I believe.

I'd love to see a new 500 Ascot single.

I knew there was someone on here who liked them; fort nine gave them a paninig on his chanel not so long ago.

I may have been tempted but the 350S is so heavy and I suspect the 500 will be more so.

Same with the Enfield singles, great bikes let down by how hard they are for me to push about
