2026 Moto Morini 3 1/2

a friend has just collected his from Ferneyhough m/c in Rugeley.

he seems happy with it, apart from needing to adjust the gear lever

I was going to say if your not of that era you will never get it;; fortunately i'am old enough to appreciate the beauty of the original; and bike mags headlines; faster than an RD 350; :D ; that looks like a faithfull vision and a massive temptation. It deserves to be successful on looks alone. :beerjug:

Agreed . I think they’ve done a great job.

Pete's initial impressions,

Delightful. Small but perfectly formed. The Chinese ditch finder tyres haven't found on yet despite decidedly moist roads for the first 15 out of 60 miles done today.
So smooth in delivering what modest power it has.
Seat firm, but not as hard as the 401. Bars much better for my old shoulders and thumb joints.

the 401 was a Husky, now for sale

the only things causing comment are the very long mirror stalks, leading to a comment that they look like Brian from Magic Roundabout from the front

Pete is very happy with the Morini and has done a few short trips around the Welsh Marches, west of his home in the Black Country. His only gripe is the seat. Neither he or his wife on pillion think it is very comfortable so he will be looking to have it modified before it can be used for longer daytrips.

It’s not a Moto Morini,it’s not Italian,
It’s just yet another Chinese motorcycle.
It may well be a good little bike and excellent value ,,,blah ,blah
Designed in Italy by Italians. May be Chinese but so what? No investment no bikes. Anybody own an F900 on here? Looked at where the engine is made? Maybe you should try one. The price is right. Only doing what the Japs did to the European bike industry in the 70s. The original 31/2 cost a lot more than most big bikes at the time.

Wasting your time. There’s an epidemic of blinkeritis sweeping the land 😜
