Normal GS with a drilled filler neck and the rubber removed. Managed to run out as I pulled into the garage forecourt and squeezed 23.16 litres in.
Regulary get 21 litres into the tank and 5 days riding is 205 miles so it means I can fill-up once a week. The mileage counter stops and zero and I have done another 10-15 miles by this time.
Not sure how much the tank will take without the mods but definiately more than 20 litres and the countdown is pessimistic.
Can this home mod be carried out on post-2008 bikes? The filler rubber is a complete pain compare to older modded bikes.
