Filled up yesterday in Villach, Austria. Next fill was today in Starigrad, Croatia. A total of 257 miles on one tank. I’m impressed with that mileage considering I’m, ahem, a little on the heavy side and a full set of luggage. Result

GSA some say you can get 300 to 350 miles on a full tank, that is really good 257 miles heavy and loaded.
But I have a GS. Not an adventure.

Sounds optimistic, did you put it in neutral on the downhills?
My 14 R1200GSA on a tour loaded 2 up 420km
ICE run better in cooler temperatures! When touring in Europe, I always fill with 98 octane, not a lot of price difference, and always see a huge improvement in tank range, though I think the warmer climate has a lot to do with it...

If the mileage is taken from the bike odometer, remember that it will be the same level of optimism as your speedo.

I’m not jealous of the MPG I’m just jealous of where you did it!

When I got the new 16 GSA the fuel economy was terrible for the first few thousand KM. On a fast solo run down to Andelucia.
I checked full tank to full tank a few times and it was 26mpg.
For some reason after a 5000KM the economy jumped up.
Moved on since then. Now in Locarra Albania
