Hi'up,my bike is due for a 30k service, before I ask the dealer for a quote/price,what have you guys been paying?? if you don't mind me asking, just so I can get a bench mark against what ever my lot come up with??
I know, some one is going to say do it yourself,:blagblahwell we int all spanner boys..:JB

:thumb2 +1

I got stung on the 24K service and can't take another hit like that.

It`s not a biggy so you`d be paying £160 ish:thumb
right'o boy,the only thing that has not been done is the "annual"? service,I've had the bike nearly 2 years, and it had got just on 12k,now just upto 30k,and this has'nt been while I've had it,but the 24k service was a big ow hit, that was nigh'on £350,but all in all, so far it's been cheaper to run than the vfr I had before this GS.

You don`t need the annual given the mileage you do. The annual is for those who do less per annum than the service interval i.e 6000:thumb

the 36 is a reasonably big service so start saving your pennies and expect a bill of around £240.

Always been reasonably happy with the service costs on mine:thumb

ok,thanks for that,I'll get my ££££ in the piggy bank,:beerjug:

what's this ouch! stuff?

nobody likes to pay but £350 for a service is pretty good - as an ex-rice rocket pilot anyway. My ZX9R was £400 every 8000 miles and that was in 2000
