Mick. For us pre-historic non-GPS types... will you post a map or something.

Derek
Just turn up as usual at The 'Fair' everythings been taken care of. We intend looking after you :D and we're bookin the upstairs room for after the run - so those that want to eat will have plenty of room.
There will be one small section of off road this time, but we're only talkin ruff car park type stuff, so you won't even get the bike dirty - just something different thats all.
Hope to see you there.

Cheers Paul. I plan to be there (unless there is a last minute hitch).
I met Eunoch for the first time today... said he should join us on the 28th. If don't get my bike dirty I'll have done better (or worse depending on your point of view) than I did today... 250 miles around Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset (+ Hampshire and Surrey of course)... a lot of cleaning to be done:D

i enjoyed last meet but i have wanted to get my:GS off road for ages and more room for eating sounds like the perfect day c ya there:sunshine

Weyhill Fair 28th at Noon

Its in my diary now the first sevice has been done. Hopefully will be able to keep up unless the 60 mph max is negotiating 20 mph corners.

So hope you 'ampshire Meet GSers can accommodate a boring old f*rt.

No idea - when I got there all but one of "our spaces" was taken by cars - I looked in the field behind - there seemed to be some camping weekend - thought I'd got the wrong day!!!

Spoke to the Barmaid - she said you had been but "gone" and it was 1:20 - I expected to see at least Judge in the Bar - with his usual "3 course"

What time did you all go?

Para

Not sure exactly, but between about 12:0 and 12:30 I think!
TBH, I'd forgotten the clocks as well, went down for a leisurely breakfast, put TV and then panicked:D

Left 12.25 back 1.45

Would have been back at 12.55 but Pod was leading:D

Great Rideout Pod only joking mate;)

I was rideing last post, nice to see Hampshire, every time I ride out with Pod I see parts I have never seen in 45 years of living in this wonderfull county.

Cheers Pod and all who sail in You.

Thanks Pod

Good to meet you and the other GSers at Weyhill today. Splendid route through all the muck - just what the bikes are made for. Pity Grizz didn't bag that black pheasant or was it a crow.

Wandered back down the A338 towards Salisbury then took the back roads through Stratford sub Castle, Wilton, Coombe Bisset, Rockingham, Cranborne then home. Spent an hour scraping the rich brown patina off the big before watching the boat race.

Looking forward to the next ride-out.

Regards to you all

arh , fresh air and country smells.

I obviously arrived at 13:20 thinking it was 12:20 - didn't realise until about 4 - that the clock went forward - I never watch the news these days

Para
