40th anniversary gsa on Donedeal

Whilst having a scroll through donedeal (as you do on a Saturday morning) I've come across a 40th anniversary gsa for sale up in Mayo.
It's priced very reasonably, however it is for sale a long time.
Has anyone had a look at it or any info on it?

Price dropped by €1500.00 in the last 3 days. If it was a lowered one I would be having a look. Missed one 3 weeks ago, offered to pay a deposit up front as I couldn't get to the vendor until after the weekend. It sold on the Saturday. He who hesitates and all that.
