I’ve got a 1300 what really bothers me is that most of the insurers use 4th dimension as their claim handlers and they are the REAL crooks!

Sadly it’s all about squeezing every last drop out of us.

Btw my premium was quite good, surprisingly.

A good thread with lots of input however guys be aware that most bike insurers use 4th dimension for claims handling.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go read the trustpilot reviews for this lot, you will be shocked (I was!).

Sadly my insurers (BeMoto) uses them, just for ready the reviews and think carefully……….

you are not obliged to use that shower but you might not get some services such as a loan vehicle paid for by your insurer if you are claiming on your own policy after riding through a hedge.

one option if you are the third party is to handle the claim yourself and interact directly with the other party's insurer where you can negotiate directly with their loss adjuster about matters such as the workshop used, costs of alternative transport, clothing etc. As stated in another thread earlier today, once you get to speak to a loss adjuster, they are very pragmatic and pleased to be dealing with a human rather than someone at 4D trying to fleece the underwriter.
