2nd time in a year the engine dies when trying to idle and engine overheating commuting with red hazard light flashing away

List time the right handside cylinder had to be replaced luckily under warranty which i pay for every year, not after a fight from bmw saying its wear and tear

Surely the nike that can travel the world, this shouldnt happen, or has it?.
