Speed 160kmh, revs 6000. in miles thats just about 100 mph. Steady as a rock and EFFORTLESS in road mode. Many things delight me about my toilet. Don't even have to rub my arse that often as the seat is quite comfy enough. Drove down to Cork and back Friday 640 Kms and 'twas a breeze. Cruise control great just to stretch arm and throttle hand.
Wen Nutty posted his grey black with spokes me thought shoulda got the black grey and spokes. Having lived with the bike and seen quite a few in all colours in the flesh in showroom I am now happy with red and declare red as king. Low gears a bit clunky but smooth in 3rd through to 6th. Pulling power in higher gears is just wonderful and effortless even in road mode and feel like a teenage hooligan in dynamic. Guess you might say I just love my bike. Be well all and have fun.

Over 100 mph in cork !?!? You're not supposed to test our assembly of potholes at this speed :rob

But it's reasuring to hear that a wc is capable of handling rebell roads

Do the lower gears soften with higher mileage?

I find getting into first is clunky and neutral can be a fiddle to find sometimes (but this is getting better or more likely I am adapting) otherwise all is good, I don't get a clunk in second or third, 1700 miles now.
