My single seat with rack (from BAMW) is noticeably taller and usefully easier on the knees than the dual seat, but it's very comfy with either on for this fat 6 footer with a 34" leg.
A thought tho… I'm not sure this seat is available unless a Basic type subframe is used?

I've a fancy after market seat on mine that adds extra height.
