The East Anglia section are holding a Rally in Normandy over the weekend celebrating the 65th anniversary of the D Day landing, the location looks to be "Camp Du Nacre" at Sur Aubin Sur mere, right in the centre of things,
This will be a landmark anniversary for D Day and expections are that the celebrations will be impressive.
The Campsite has a mix of Chalets and camping and has all the facilities you would expect on a 4**** site

Organiser ;
Mark Handley,
PM me on here

I was there ...

... for the 60th anniversary; one abiding memory is riding up the coast road when the firework displays were set off. I could see six perfectly co-ordinated displays (3 in the mirrors) as we rode along :thumb

The Queen wont be there !

What a ferking insult !
That French prick wots married to that model, their President, has failed to include HM in the official invitation list !

An item appeared on the news this morning ( here in Aust. ) saying the Frogs have not invited the Queen !

Should give the poxy place back to the other fellows !

Bloody French, no gratitude
