660 problem

Ive never used my Garmin 660 for a few month until today but when i turned it on this morning it gets to load maps then turns off , i thought the battery must be flat so attached it to its mount on the bike and it does the same .Tried pluging it to lap top and it does the same !!!!

Is there a reset button ? is this a common fault has anyone got any ideas what it could be or what i could do to fix it or is it going to have to get sent away to be fixed

Master reset is switch on while pressing down in the bottom right corner of the screen with your finger. If you've done a master reset it should ask you if you want to erase all user data.

Good to hear

I've seen it recommended to do the master reset after an update too.
