Well, do I have to look after everything here? I'm off the bike, off-line for most of the week, cut-off from real life (currently in London) and if I remember correctly, Mr Desert Rat wanted to start this thread when we spoke the last time...

However, our traditional meeting day is only a week away and a few regulars said that they would prefer the Wednesday, hence I suggest

Wednesday 23 June 2010 from 19.30 onwards.

Still a bit too far, and the portion sizes are miserable. And they make you sit out the back away from the proper people. But then, I suppose they know Clive and think there'll be a food fight. And the menu's the same as the Crown at Nuffield which just closed, and it seems to be run by the same people. Did I mention it's a bit far?

Although it is a long way for Berin and the portions are too small for him.

Berin & I won't actually be there as we will be at Silverstone getting ready to ride our bikes there early the following morning!

I'm on my GS, Martin on a GSXR750....which is going to be interesting....I have the air ambulance on speed dial just in case.

Therefore the meet location & portion size isn't really an issue!
