Back it up first.

Unlike previous it’s made no changes to any settings.
However on Mondays 90 miles ride the first of ours updated did not reboot once,
Second one updated to 20.3 yesterday.
It’s on a rollout basis.

FYI. 20.3 still has reboot issue BUT is more stable.
However Garmin emailed me yesterday to state that new in the box 700i’s have been discontinued so the replacement I’m waiting for is not now coming unless I have a reconditioned one.
Long phone conversation happening at 9am!

So far...
My new 700 is working fine. Garmin usually bring out new units around end July beginning of August-
Then comes the rush to buy the new one to test it (guilty as charged) and we all become beta testers all over again.
Navigation is not just a dark art- it's an obsession! Isn't life grand!
