You requested a Traffic Road Pass in order to drive through the anti-congestion area the 6 of june 2014, where you live as a permanent resident or even occasionally (secondary residence, campsite, hotel, bed and breakfast, hostel, …)
If you are a permanent resident or in a holiday home, please contact the city hall where you live. It will deliver a traffic road pass upon presentation of the registration card of your vehicle and a prove of address in France.
If you are in a campsite, hotel, hostel, at friends’, …, please contact the managers of the accommodation who will contact the city hall. With a copy of your registration card you have to provide, they will do the required formalities to give you a traffic road pass once you arrived.
The anti congestion area will be effective the 6 of june, if you do not need to drive through it, you will not need any traffic road pass.
If you are part in a group, please transfer the information to each person as the traffic road pass is for each means of transportation.

C'est la radio "Nostalgie" à Caen qui a dévoilé ce vendredi matin dans son journal d'information les grandes lignes du plan de circulation.
Une zone de "circulation régulée" devrait être mise en place. Cette zone fera 60 kilomètres de long sur 30 kilomètres de large, et s'étendra le long de la côte de Ranville et Ouistreham, à l'est, jusqu'à Grandcamp-Maisy, à l'ouest. 140 communes sont comprises dans cette zone (dont Bayeux, mais pas Caen).
Les riverains et les professionnels devront se procurer auprès de leur mairie un stick à coller sur leur véhicule pour pouvoir circuler.
A noter que deux axes principaux seront interdits de circulation une grande partie de la journée du 6 juin : la RN 13 entre Caen et Isigny-sur-mer, et la double voie entre Caen et Ouistreham.

Rappel : c'est à Ouistreham qu'aura lieu la cérémonie internationale du 70ème anniversaire du Débarquement, en présence d'une quinzaine de chefs d'Etat, dont le président américain Obama.
