It's for pc. The software that the bmw techs use that tells them step by step on how to do jobs, diagrams etc.

The BMW manual on CD Rom only allows it to be downloaded three times then it locks you out. I downloaded it to my PC and my laptop, then Windows 10 did a major update and I could no longer access it on either computer. On trying to reload the CD it said I had reached my download limit and locked me out. My local main dealer managed to contact the software company and they increased my download by one allowing me access.
The information on the BMW manual is excellent and beats the pooh out of any Haynes manual, BUT, you have to bite the bullet and pay for it and it's not cheap!

May I suggest this one? It's a DVD that does not require updates.
It may not offer the absolutely latest editions, but for all practical purpose, it will do.
