Hello to all. Love this bike. Have any of you noticed while standing on the pegs whether your beak is aligned (or not) with the front tire? The 'beak' on my 800GS seems to be angled left a little. :nenau

On the assumption that you are talking in euphenisms here, I would say to you that surgery can correct a wonky 'beak' sir !

On the assumption you really are talking about the motorbike, mine is dead straight.

Of course, but the rest of the bike can be crabbing! Surely you've ridden a push bike with the wheel twisted before? No different with a motorbike...

@ K pierson

it's a feature.... and helps you break the ice at motorcycle meets...

Thanks for the replies. The tire is straight. Bars are straight on triple trees. The beak is ever so slightly off (to the left). No problems with how everything went together...everything is attached correctly so I don't know what to do (probably nothing). Love this bike anyway. :beerjug:

It appears to be the beak including the black extension... although everything seems to fit correctly on the bike. I'm sure it was that way from the factory, although I'm not sure why.
I would have expected better quality control from a company like BMW.
