93 gs pannier locks

i have a set of BMW panniers on my 93 r80gs.the problem is the locks for locking the panniers onto the frames have came out of the pannier.
is there a way to keep the locks in place or do i need to get new barrels and keys to insert in the panniers

It sounds like something has come adrift there. Im pretty sure you can buy new barrels from the usual places. Better still, if you find out whats amiss, just buy that part. (Im assuming its some kind of clip !!).
