Looks good Dave !
David J,
the Safari tank goes on quite easily.
Good instructions and it took me about 2 hours taking my time.
It fits better if tank is warm ish.
The fuel taps and sender etc transfer straight over and even the horn cut out is fine.
The only tricky bit is attaching the aluminium brace arrowed in photo below :

I struggled a bit as I was doing it on my own but get someone to help you for this bit as it's alot easier if someone pushed the sides in as you attach the brace.

Thanks Martin - for some reason I thought that you had had yours fitted by the dealer, which is why I hadn't asked you about the fitting![]()
)Dave - did you fit the tank yourself? was it easy, any hints or tips? I have just got the same bike and thinking of buying the tank too.
Also any idea where to pick up a switched live for a GPS?
Cheers
David

I fitted a center stand and bypass switch center stand is a life saver when mending punctures
