P.S. How to make font big, bold and blue - instruction manual:

1) Type text
2) Highlight
3) Click on B (for Bold)
4) Click on Sizes (to display sizes drop-down - I normally choose 4 or 5)
5) Click on A (to display colours - tick blue)
6) Preview post to make sure you are happy with the appearance
7) Submit

Knowing you as I do Mike, I have to ask if alcohol was involved?

You should stay at home in mid-September, I recall a certain collarbone incident on 15th September 2012.

Louise and I have just got back from a little 6 day bike ride to Germany this afternoon. Hope to see you all there on Thursday and we can tell you about it.

Have fun guys, see you soon. Currently chilling at a lovely hotel in Zabljak, Montenegro after two fab trails, plus some Raki with a local policeman! Riding days = 11 so far. Trails are much harder than Morocco, really pleased I got my suspension sorted out!

Not just a broken big toe (way too easy, that), but a couple of split metatarsals too.

Going in on Monday to get em screwed back together. crutches for 6 weeks
