Arrived and fitted today. Well made and very sturdy. Has a support bar between the left and right hand mount.

You need to remove a few panels either side to mount it to your bike.
Reassuringly expensive. But then so are the lights I just mounted to it.

Looks great, and I know their in-house designs are always top quality. My only hesitation in buying a set myself (I’ve already got a set of Moto Lights sitting on the shelf ready for my 1300GSA, taken off my outgoing 1250GSA) is that the mounted lights sit very close to the OEM aux lights, and I’m not sure I like that look. I haven’t yet seen an option for the GSA that positions aftermarket lights exactly where I’d want them — although to be fair, I blame BMW for moving the aux lights from the bottom to the top!

However. It was 31 degrees yesterday and all worked out fine.

If I need to ride this bike in Death Valley I’m sure it would still survive better than a Harley.

The under the beak light bars are nice and tidy. It was the devil getting to the attachment points on my 1250 adventure but well worth it. Snaking the cables through the panel was not a joy either.
Not knowing exactly the way they attach to the 1300, I still urge you to check the attaching points now and then. Even with Loctite mine backed off a little bit. With that said, I’m gonna go check mine now.

I don’t think there’s much to be concerned about overheating since they moved to radiator fans. It is still a little distressing hearing the fan activate. That’s me just overthinking it.

Possibly. But that’s not too important these days in the UK.
58.9 mpg on last trip out. So hasn’t affected the fuel consumption with all that extra weight and drag.
