Has anyone out there ever thought about building a (first generation) K1200 GS?! The chassis looks broadly capable of supporting a GSA tank and raised suspension...

I was thinking of the first generation Telelever K1200, not the new 'Mountain Bike' front suspension type, which I suspect would not fare well 'Gelende'!

Thats the K75 g/s apparently a very good machine
don't know if an across the frame 4 pot with vulnerable crankshaft ends would be as good
