Yes, you can do such things on a gs, but, generally, it is a mistake.
In 2011, I was in Isle of Man on a 1200rt, and rode up worse - somewhere near Trollaby lane. I was on the inside of the TT course, lost, during a race & wanted out. Followed the Satnav & ended up on a road marked "Suitable for motorcycles & horses." Went down it. Worse than anything shown in the video. Found myself trapped by the race so had to go back up it. Multiple "Steps" on it, so I had to race at them. Broke the Satnav bracket with the bumps. At least the GS rider had Knobbilies.
