hi guys iv searched for the answers for this on the google land and on here but cant find the answer.... soooooo

i have esa shocks but going on a long tour next year and am coming to realize that most shock blow after the many thousands of miles off road/ shit roads that im gonna be doin so want a pair of shocks to have ready to send out to me..

so the question is if using esa shocks what do i need to replace them with? esa shocks again or normal shocks plumbed into the esa system if you know what i mean... prob not as im shit at explaining things...

cheers joe

BMW ESA shocks are made by Showa, Wilbers make replacement ESA compatible shocks as do WP .

You could fit non ESA shocks but you would have to ditch all the ESA equipment (if that is possible).

Or just not plug the ESA connector on the bike into the shock.
