A few days in the islands

Just testing the water to see if there is interest in a few days camping in the Western Isles starting Wed 30th May & head home on the Saturday.

Play it by ear, depending on the weather, but maybe...

Wed - Aberdeen to Ullapool. Pub.
Thursday morning - Ferry to Stornaway.
Down through Lewis, Harris, & Uist.
Overnight somewhere with a pub.
Friday - Ferry to Uig.
Friday night in Portree (many pubs) or Applecross (one pub - but its a cracker).
Saturday - home

Plan on camping but plenty of accom available.
The ferry times are hangover friendly (late morning, mid-day) and will cost about £50 (man and bike) for both.



So - anyone fancy it.
