Took a late afternoon ride out today just to do a few lanes between Macclesfield and Buxton and to try my new camera out. I go anywhere too tricky as I was solo.
Not sure of the names of all the lanes but one was round the side of Macclesfield Forest, two short ones starting about a mile or so after the Cat and Fiddle and then took in a section of the old Macclesfield Road from Buxton.
Lots of bikes playing on the Cat and Fiddle road but I didn't see the usual Sunday kamikaze nutter crew.
