Hi all
I was out on the VMCC reivers rally and we went to the Falstone Tea room for lunch, usually very good. Just dont go there mob handed, even though they knew we were coming and there would be approx 15 of us the service was dreadful. I waited over an hour for a bacon sandwich which I still didnt get. Could things get worse well I thought I would stop at the coop at Bellingham and buy a pastie for lunch.
Whilst studying the stock I was asked to take off my helmet for security reasons. I was wearing a flip front with the front obviously open so I pointed that you could see my face anyway. Not good enough no service so I left.
On the brighter side the burger van atg Knowesgate is v/good and the cafe at Meldon gardens is extemely very good.
The rally was well attended the sun shone and I havnt a clue how I did but who cares, over a hundred miles on girder forks and solid back end and excellent day. Centurion

No fast food in Falstone and you obviously weren't so hungry as to take your helmet off in Bellingham then
