5 years ago I was rear ended by a cement mixer, the driver of which after being all nice at he time turned in to a real b......d during the claim procedure saying that it was my fault. Obviously the insurance companies got together and said we should be jointly liable so that they could both charge increased premiums. It took several letters and me writing to say put him in front of a magistrate and get him to lie whilst I look him in the eye before my insurance company eventually got his company to take the cop 100%. Anyway...during the prolonged negotiations I often thought that something similar to this was the way forward...now some bugger has beat me to it!
A lot of money mind you, I'm sure it can be done cheaper as I don't think you really need the gps etc, just a looped recording to allow you to show someone who's trying it on. Mind you the g-force sensor...perhaps that's the pricey bit?
