A ramble into Norway?

Thinking of visiting Norway on my trip towards the end of this month; no further north perhaps than Bergen. Much to see in the Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger triangle?
Also any inside info on the situation re: camping would be very helpful

Worth going a little further north tho, just as far a Trondheim.

Trondheim may be a bit far, it's a bit of a quandry as it'll be at the end of my trip and I'll only have just a few days before needed to head back to blighty..

How many days do you have? Point of entry and exit? What do you like? Might have a nice route for you.

Sorry Thor.. just looked back at this post now

I'll be heading in from Sweden, from the South, so I guess that would mean crossing in around Oslo.

I probably only have three days, four maximum so don't have a great deal of time sadly.

In terms of exit it will either be the ferry from Kristiansand off to Hirtshals, or a case of trying to get on the freight ferry at Brevik, still trying to work out if that is possible.

All towns and a lot of villages have campsites. They are good and not too expensive. If its pissing down go for a 'hut'. Most campsites have them.
