To be fair I haven't got much more to say on the subject - my dealer made an error, have apologised and have tried their best to put it right. As far as I'm concerned the matter is closed.....

Very average response from someone who thought it was an issue enough to make a whole video about it. Most people aren't going to read that update and he should make another video to provide an update

Makes you wonder if he thought it would make for a good video on his channel instead of escalating the issue to the management. Now that they came good he does the barest minimum to let people know but his video portrayed them in a poor light so damage done.

Anyone really think a guy like this hasn't escalated issues in the past? Of course he has...
 
Does anybody truly give a shit about some YouTube blogger with an ego. FFS, how old are you lot spending your precious hours on this Earth watching the sort of thing you should have grown out of by the age of 14............
