A tale of two BMW dealers

A few weeks ago after reading Herr Fluffmeister's post about panel fitting on the new watercooled RT, I noticed that the rubber grommet what's missing from my bike, it was a Saturday morning so I called my local Kent-based BMW dealer, to be told they didn't have any in stock and they were £1.05 each, and would I like to order some, (I was going to ride up to 75 miles to get one), I said yes, gave my name and number, and they said they would call back later in the week.
Having experienced the service from them in the past I also called Rainbow BMW in Rotherham, and found that the same grommets were 63p each, and whilst they didn't have stock I would order son and pop them in the post as soon as possible.
I made a temporary repair with duct tape, and on Wednesday of that week the Rainbow delivery arrived with two grommets and I fitted one the same day.
It's been nearly a month and I still haven't heard back from the other dealer.
I now have my bike serviced in Braintree and one of my friends and I are going up in a couple of weeks time , to have a bike serviced and I suspect he will end up buying a new bike from them as he is fed up with waiting for our local dealer to get back to him.
 
If it's the same Kent based BMW main dealer I'm thinking of......I'll not use them for anything now having experienced poor customer service on 2 occasions.....
