I took my 2010 to them last Saturday morning on short notice to get my fuel strip sorted. Out of warranty but no fuss just popped in an updated strip and a clearing of the fault codes. The bike was perfection to ride it just felt so good to ride afterwards. No cost, great service altogether.

No cost is good news Pat. I had mentioned your plight to them one day recently when I was in there. Told them about how you were abroad and this was not the first (or second) time and both Lee & Paddy listened.

I have to say Duffys are now a good dealership. Was ont always like that. For anyone who was driven away by previous incidents I would recommend a visit. JJH

I used Joe Duffy in April 12, had a Final Drive Oil seal leak, they sorted it in 30minutes and provided gallons of free good quality coffee, excellent service I would recommend them to anyone, just a bit far to use as my regular mechanic.

I have had good and bad over the years from Joe Duffy. Mind you I haven't been there in a while. Meanwhile had the bike in Platinum on Friday and still finding things JD screwed up:eek:
Had a lucky break though....the center stand failed while the bike was on the ramp and Mark caught it:thumb one of the bolts snapped.
First time with Mark and even without the catch I was impressed.
