A wee trip to Ngawi

Nagwi in Southern Wairarapa is a fishing village close to Cape Palliser which is the southern most point of New Zealands North Island or Te Ika-a-Maui.
The road in often gets closed in after a large storm due to the road falling into the sea.
Ngawi is famous for its beach launched fishing boats, having some of the countrys biggest boat trailers and its Seal colony
It is about 2 hour ride over the famous Rimutaka Hill from home on the eastern shores of Wellington Harbour.
