AA Battery Chargers

I've been looking around for some time to get a decent rechargable charger.

My research led me to Maha , and i eventually got an C800S. ( although it was a close run thing for a 9000)
Check them out - top bits of kit.

I've also started using sanyo eneloop rechargeables instead of energizer shite, although i may try out some powerex ones to see if theres a noticable difference.

I have some enerloop batteries, they came in a pack with a mains charger and some adapters for D and C cells.

this is a super thing for the traveller - charges AA & AAA. Very compact, multi voltage and comes with a variety of adapters for different sockets

Forget all those adapters and get one of these:

Also comes with a cigarette socket power lead; get a cigarette power extension lead from maplins, replace the cigarette plug with a BMW one and you can now charge anything from the bike too. I don't know whether this item would be affected by 5A limitation as I've wired a BMW socket direct to the battery.

The one I've just looked at is an Li/Ion charger, not a Nicad/NIMH charger. Not sure if this makes a difference but I'd check first.

Come with a Mains lead and can also be charged from the ciggi lighter in the car and from the bike with a adaptor
