The front mudguard is also done so its probably vinyl wrapped & underneath could be standard.
Plastics like polyprop (PP) are very difficult to paint but vinyl will work.

I can tell you that it is vvvvvveeeeerrrrrryyyyy bright. I was looking at it last week in Wollastons. Actually, it is a very nice paint job, and looks better in the flesh, as it were. Or does that make me slightly odd??

Just buy a KTM if you have to have orange.
No ciggie sponsor stickers or purple anodised bolts? All a matter of taste I suppose.
