ABR 2026

Ah really i did not know that, do they sell out fast usually? Next year ull be happy to meet up, i noticed with a few groups you have to all land together or theres very little chance of pictching up in the same spot. Did you get out on any bikes? I did the wakey wakey ride out which was a nice way to start the day.

Thanks for the link (y)

I didn't get an email notification as I bought my weekend ticket from a mate and only bought my van ticket through official channels.

You made me feel the buzz dude....ive Booked it. Im up for a meet up if you fancy putting a small clan together over the next year, went solo this time but be nice to have a small group to have some banter with. I think ticket prices like all things at the minute with the rise in cost of everything so they are probably forecasting.

By way of some sort of crude comparison, my ticket for the 24-hour GT race (very high quality grid and lots of cars) including a paddock pass Thursday thro’ Sunday inclusive was EUR 82. I also bought a good quality programme EUR 15. All the grandstands were free and sit wherever you like. Had I bought the ticket in advance, instead of on the gate, I would have made a saving. I forget now how much, but from memory it’s significant if bought a year in advance.

My camping, including use of the pretty decent facilities, Thursday thro’ to Monday morning was EUR 140. I could have arrived on Tuesday and the price would, I think, have been the same.

Total EUR 237 - Call it GBP 205.

I bought two pints of beer at EUR 9 a pop. This included a EUR 2 ‘charge’ for the cup, refunded on return.

Food, I self-catered.

The thing is from the ABR point of view which a lot of the cost goes into that i can see, is they have to build and remove all the infrastructure before and after the event which id imagine is a serious cost implication.

The two are not, of course, directly comparable. To my eye, bods can spend (or not) their money however they wish. Those that went and have replied to the thread, seem to have enjoyed the event and, I guess, see it as a decent bang for their buck. That’s all that really matters.

Yeah your right not direct the same but i think for any event its worth what your willing to pay, and have a laugh. Seen loads of stuff on facebook various pictures the lads dressed as cones seem to have appeared in everyones pictures, legends 🤣

Thursday i was surprized how many turned up early doors, i was hunting for a spot first thing friday morning i thought there would maybe be a few there but i think someone said 7k
I heard there were 7k Thurs tickets sold this year. “Super Thursday” was Sold out.
