Many thanks to those that responded to my ABS pump wanted advert, I got one from ebay for £60. Only problem was that it was from a R1100R and my bike is a R1100GS. No problem though for Brian Giles at BGM Motorcycles in Pembury, Kent. Not only did he take the module off the old pump and fit it to the ebay one so that the coding would be right (no easy feat) but he also balanced the fuel injectors, fixed the fuel gauge, adjusted the clutch, and sorted out a few other niggles. He did all of this for the price he quoted to replace the ABS pump and without me asking him to do it. What a star, when I rode the bike home it felt like a new one! Can't recommend this guy too highly.
