AC Schnitzer gs

No , its a complete dog's breakfast. Must admit though the F800gs thingummy is a big improvement on the stock bike and the guy running the Uk operation is very helpfull and efficient. If I hadn't test ridden a stock 800 first and realised it was rubbish I would have bought the all singing all dancing version off AC uk

All the things that owners should be shot for on one bike.........:augie

Why the feck buy a GS and then do that to it?

Why not start with an RR or something :nenau

mmmmmmmmmm

first thought was mmmmmmmm not bad i like that :thumb2
then i read your thoughts
so now i am gonna say its shit :comfort
but secretly i like it :thumb
but i am not telling u lot :augie
cos u will say i am a tosser :D:D:D:D:D

why the f*ck would you :nenau

because the owner is one of those people with OCD who prefers messing with their bike rather then riding it and after messing with it and spending large amounts of dosh on it the owner then realises he has no taste.........:augie

i pretty much prefer bikes as standard. alternative i like the way some people have taken bikes and made cafe racers and bobbers..

If anyone wants to create something bespoke to them, then good on 'em. The more choice the better

Market forces will dictate if it's worthwhile.

From a personal perspective, I think it looks like a quality product, neatly put together and able to provide something different.
Would I want it?
No, it doesn't suit what I use my bike for, but for someone whose choice is to have those adaptations because it will make their riding more pleasurable, then sure they should go for it and I hope they get lots of enjoyment from it.

I'd also go up and look at it with interest, if I saw it parked up.

not really keen on the GS but loved the changes to the 1200R - always liked the bike but thought it way too "captain sensible":

i have not seen owt ac shitzer butcher that looks good, they cant even do straight colours.

Looks like a CBR 1100R to me, with a boxer twin in it and longer undercarriage.

These Germans are hampered in their customising though, withtheir TUV and all the beaurocratic guff they have t put up with.

Very nice indeed

I like it! I would have it,but perhaps not in red. I really can't see what all the objections are about!
