Has anyone encountered this? I used the accesory socket for the first time over the weekend, running wrap-around heated grips for the grab rails to keep the pillion's hands warm.
After I turned the bike off, I expected the accessory socket to power down after a few seconds, but this didn't happen. I have a Touratech TPS-15, and ran the signal wire to the accessory socket power lead, so perhaps this is an issue. My GPS didn't power down either, as the TPS-15 was still receiving a signal.
Fortunately I noticed the problem so didn't drain the battery, but I'm concerned that sooner or later I will forget to check and come back to a dead bike.
Any ideas?
